Thank you for shopping with us! It means so much to us and our small business! Our goal at DM Fashion is for you to love every piece you order but we know that returns happen. So we hope this makes it a simple process for you.

What is our Return Policy?

We accept returns or exchanges on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed tags attached with in 21 days of the 'delivered' date of your order for store credit only. Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange. As always we offer Free Shipping on all US Domestic orders over $100. All International orders are acceptable for a return 30 days from your 'delivered' date.

What Items Are Not Returnable?

• Items marked 'Final Sale'
  
• Bogo Sales are 'Final Sale'
  
• 30% Sales or more
• Final Few Discount Codes
• DM Mystery Bag
• Accessories/Jewelry
• DM Swim being returned without hygiene liner, tags attached
• DM Fashion Exclusives being returned without the 'do not remove' tag
• Any clothing/swimwear returned with perfume, marks, rips, tears, damages

Please be careful submitting your return. We cannot reset/cancel requests once they have been submitted. Make sure you are submitting ALL of your requests at once for each order.
